Our Story

From Thailand to Hoo

Maliwan grew up in Phitsanulok, Thailand, and began her massage career in 2009 after training at Thai Massage Phuket School. She later ran her own massage business in Rawai, Phuket, before moving to the UK in 2013.

After establishing Maliwan Thai Therapeutic Massage in Strood in 2020, the business grew through returning clients and a growing team of qualified therapists. Opening a second location in Hoo was the next step, bringing Maliwan's approach to clients in Hoo and the surrounding area.

Today, Maliwan works across both the Hoo and Strood studios and continues to treat clients herself. Whichever location you visit, the approach remains the same: experienced therapists, authentic Thai techniques and treatments delivered with genuine care and attention.
